Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations exceeded

- Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

- Proven experience in commercial sales within BtoB software RH

- Experience working with large enterprises, mid-sized businesses, and small businesses

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Fluent in English and French
